Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return & Warranty Policy
(Effective June 19, 2023)
1. 90-Day Limited Warranty (MHC-Off Road Products)

Coverage: All MHC-Off Road–branded parts and accessories are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Remedy: At our discretion, Mad House Customs will repair, replace, or issue store credit for any item found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period. Labor charges, incidental or consequential damages are not covered.
2. Standard Return Window

Uninstalled / Unused Items: You may return most new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee: Items returned between 31 – 60 days may be accepted for store credit only and are subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

No Returns After 60 Days (warranty claims excepted).
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Products must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, hardware, and documentation.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping the item back.

RMA numbers are valid for 14 days; items received after that window will be refused or restocked at our discretion.
4. Exclusions

Customized, painted, powder-coated, or otherwise modified items (unless covered by a warranty claim).

Clearance or “scratch-and-dent” sales marked Final.

Damage caused by misuse, collision, racing, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

Normal wear items (bushings, bearings, seals, finish discoloration, etc.).
5. Return & Warranty Claim Procedure

Contact Us: Email Erik@mhcfab.com with your order number, item description, photos of the issue (for warranty), and reason for return.

Receive RMA: We’ll issue an RMA number and return instructions within one business day.

Ship Item: Pack securely and write the RMA on the outside of the package. Unless the error is ours, customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend insured, trackable service.

Inspection & Resolution: Once received, inspection typically takes 3–5 business days. Approved refunds or replacements are processed immediately; credits may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Shipping Damage & Shortages
Report any shipping damage or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
